Tank Tyrant
A turn-based tank artillery game. Alpha test version: thanks for playing along!

Windows
- Windows may say it protected your PC: choose More info → Run anyway (the installer is not signed yet).
- The launcher keeps the game up to date by itself.
Mac (Apple Silicon: M1 or newer)
- Open the downloaded zip and drag Tank Tyrant to your Applications folder.
- Open it. macOS says it cannot check the app: click Done.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to Tank Tyrant, then confirm. (The app is not notarized by Apple yet; you only do this once.)
- Does macOS say the app is damaged? Open Terminal and paste:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Tank Tyrant.app", then open it again. - New version? The game tells you: download the zip again and replace the app. Your progress stays.
Linux (64-bit, x86_64)
- Unpack the download in a folder of your own, for example your home folder:
tar -xzf TankTyrant-linux-x64.tar.gz - Start the game:
./TankTyrant/TankTyrant.x86_64(or double-click it in your file manager). - New version? The game tells you and updates itself with Update now. Your progress stays.
- Needs a graphics driver with Vulkan or OpenGL 4.5 (most up-to-date distributions have it).
- Play together: add friends with their Player ID (top left in the Overview) and start a party.
- Windows, Mac and Linux players play together.
- Early test version: progress is reset at the real release; the Alpha set stays yours.
